How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers including Stripe for payment processing, Predis.ai for social media post design and creation, Buffer for social media scheduling and publishing, Resend for email delivery, Google for cloud storage and business tools, Supabase for secure data storage, and Twilio for SMS communication. Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations. We only share information necessary for them to perform services on our behalf.
To provide our services we access and publish content to your social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile. We access these platforms only through authorized permission grants and never store your social media passwords. We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services. When you cancel your service we will retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion, during which time you may request a copy of your content and account information.
